RVS MEDICAL TRUST (RVSMT) was established in 1998 as a public charitable educational trust, in fond memory of Master Rathnavel Subramaniam, the elder son of the Chairman Lion. Vijayashree Dr. K.V. Kupusamy and Smt. K. Padmavathy, with objectives to create facilities for education, health care and upliftment of the poor and the downtrodden especially of rural regions.
Today, RVS Medical Trust glows as one of the trusted, leading educational organizations of our country, conceived with a framework of corporate structure under the dynamic captaincy of Dr. K.V. Kupusamy, a well-known philanthropist and a versatile visionary in the field of education.
The service-oriented growth of RVS Medical Trust has brought under its fold a plethora of educational institutions ranging from schools to higher educational institutions of Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Allied Health Science, Indian medicines, Siddha, Homoeopathy, Ayurveda etc., 15 districts of Tamil Nadu and Union Territory of Puducherry.
RVS Educational Group of Institutions has brought under Engineering, Management Studies, Agriculture, Horticulture, Arts and Sciences, Polytechnic, Teacher Training Institute, Architecture, Schools etc., with 35,000 students and 6,000 employees on their roll, are characteristic of academic ambiance, well framed curricula, reflecting the relevance of the current generation, exquisite infrastructure, cutting edge technology and accreditation by NAAC and similar competent bodies like NBA and ISO.
